Ingredients:
- 1/2 # Butter, room temperature
- 1/2 # Shortening (I use Sweetex, a high-ratio shortening; but regular crisco will work fine)
- 1 bag Powdered Sugar
- 1 t Vanilla
- 5-7 T Whipping Cream
What To Do:
Put the butter, shortening, and vanilla into the mixer and beat until smooth.
When it's mixed up; it will be very thick.
Add the whipping cream till it gets to your desired consistency.
Simple as that!! Now it's ready to use on cupcakes!
