Egg White Cake Recipe (White)

This the starting recipe, or the recipe for just the white cake, for many of the cakes.

Preheat to 350 degrees


Ingredients:
  • 5 Egg Whites
  • 1 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1/3 Cup Oil
  • White Cake Mix
  • 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Making the Cake:
Mix the Egg WhitesWater, and Oil for 30 Sec.

Add the Cake Mix, Sour Cream, and Vanilla.
Mix for 30 Sec, scrap, and then beat on high for 2 Min.


 Scoop into lined cupcake pans and bake for 15 min then check. They're done when the toothpick comes out clean.
